Create User form to perform search using multiple search criteria

Dear Experts,

Would request your guidance in drafting a VBA code to perform search using multiple criteria and displaying it on a List Box.

I have minimal knowledge about VBA coding, so till now, I am completely dependent on different forums/posts and expert guidance.

I have attached a screen shot of the user form that I have created with the text boxes and combo boxes I intend to use in the user form.

Please help me with appropriate VBA code for the same.
