personal workbook shortcuts

Hello. I created shortcuts for my personal workbook macros. I added a shortcut by unhiding the personal workbook and tehn saved. Now the personal workbook isn't showing up and my shortcuts aren't working.

I tried to open it in the recorder now and it says personal macro workbook in the startup folder must stay open for recording.
