Turn rows into columns

Hello,

I have a large macro I'm working on and there is one part that I can't figure out. I'm trying to roll up the rows and place them into columns so that there is only 1 row for each key. It may be possible that there are other SOI's other than what is listed, however this should include the majority of them.

Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated.
