The c represents the row number of the last used cell in the active column on your worksheet. The asterisk is a wildcard character representing any data.
You can say "THANK YOU" for help received by clicking the Star symbol at the bottom left of the helper's post.
Practice makes perfect. I'm very far from perfect so I'm still practising.
It finds teh last cell in a column. How does it do that when * can be any data?
It looks for the last piece of data in any cell. When it can longer find data in a cell, that means that the row above is the last cell.
