Your sample is a bit confusing. The range you are asking for is A2:E2 for everything. I'm assuming that the range should change to the appropriate row number? If so, you can use the MIN function to find the minimum values in the number cells. MIN will automatically ignore blank cells. So, if my assumption is correct, then put this in F3..

I found the function for this but how can we write a code for this:
