Logic help

Hello,

Hope this is in the right section.

I'm a newbie here and I'm currently trying to write some logic that I can use to give equal attribution to sites use to complete a transaction.

e.g.
DART Search > Natural Search > RTE > RTE > Irish Times > Natural Search > RTE > RTE > RTE > RTE

Dart, Natural Search, RTE & Irish Times would all get equal attribution despite the fact that, RTE has last, most etc…

I am still pretty new to excel but I was hoping someone might be able help start me off on how to do this or even pass me on any tutorial that might be helpful?

Yep, but you're going to have to give us a clue as to where the data is coming from and what format it's in. VBA is very powerful, but it's not witchcraft, doesn't come with a crystal ball and isn't psychic.

the data will be coming in from google doubleclick, do I use the from other sources option in the data tab?

Thank you for this, is there a way to import the site number data instead of manually typing it?
