Exact Word Match Between Lists Possible in Excel?

Is this possible in Excel? Or do I need to use a different software?

I have one list of 375,000 names/words. (list A)

I have another list of 600,000 dictionary entries. (list B)

I need to find all entries on List A that are exact matches with any word in List B.

Sure, you could probably use =MATCH() with a wild card, but to give a better suggstion, upload a small (clean) sample workbook (not a pic) of what you are working with, and what your expected outcome would look like.
