    Merge name against unique group and get max value for group

    Dear All,

    For merging value against group I have posted question in forum and MickG has given me vba code as solution. Please refere link

    Now I have value in column "C" and "D". I need vba code to get maximum value for each group.

    Kindly refer attached file.
