Where are the names to display with the highest and lowest.

You usually have 'Rate per trip' in the first ten rows, then you have ten rows of 'MOB' and then other ten rows of 'DEMOB'?

I've understood that, depending from sorted name of contractor, macro has to go down of ten rows and take 'MOB' value and then of other ten rows and take the 'DEMOB' value... in other words, the first rate per trip (45,000.000) is found in column P, in range P2 and so in your 'MOB' column you want that I put the value from range P12 (P2 + 10), is it correct?

Please answer me so I can modify the code.
