Macro that copies rows and paste special them two rows lower

Dear all,

I would need a macro that copies rows and paste special them two rows lower.
First row is an "input row" and will be changing each time. When the new input is done I would like to copy the "old input" lower, to keep track of previous inputs and comparison with new one. So every time there will be more rows to copy below. At this point I need only macro that manages "copy-paste".

Please see attached file. Sheet one has two inputs (the new and an old one), and sheet three has three inputs and presents result after macro.
