Creating a Customer List with Userform and Macros

Hi guys, I've a huge customer list that is very troublesome when I try to input new clients.
Current:
My client base is sorted by Alphabets, (i.e. if a new client is Alpha Company, I would input his details in 'A' worksheet, Bravo Company on 'B' Worksheet, so on so forth)

New:
I created a Userform (refer to Excel attached), and by keying in the details in Frame 2 of the Userform, if the company is starts with 'A', its details would be generated in a new row in 'A' worksheet. This goes the same for all other alphabets.

For Frame 1 of Userform, which is the search function, when I key in the company ID (For e.g. A-2), the details of A-2 will appear in the UserForm. And when i key in the company name (or part), it will show me the field (or closest field), much like the search function (Clt-F).
