Hello there I'm new in vba programming and need help

I have two workbooks and I need to populate data from one workbook(main) to another workbook(stats) matches by two criteria - ID and Criteria > 0.
It is possible to add a button which populate data matches ID and Criteria from main book to stats book in multiple rows.
I have attached a picture with two books for better explanation.
