    Need Help in Excel Timestrap Programming

    Hello,

    Everyday i get excel sheet in which i have to filter out the two readings of one unique IP (One Time is = 6 am reading and another one is of 6 pm and fill all the value of that row in the another sheet according to its IP address). If no record is present of that time then i have to fill nearby time record for eg. last reading is 4 pm then i have to fill that 4 pm record. Can anybody help me in this ?

    I have attached a sample sheet. Sheet1 contains all records and in sheet2 i have to fill data. Please find it.
