I am in the works of recreating a very old spreadsheet from Lotus 123 to excel. I am wondering if anyone can help me program a macros to do the following.

In excel 2007 i would like to be able to press control+M to bring up a popup block menu.
This popup block menu should contain the following select able macros items
1. Enter Data
2. Sort Data
3. Save Data
4. Reports

*If i select Enter Data i would then like to be able to see additional macros that i can select to bring me to certain areas of the spreadsheet.

*If i select sort data i want to sort my items. (This i can do by recording a macros)

*If i select Save data i want to save my worksheet (This i can do by recording a macros)

*If i select Reports i want to be able to print a certain report (This i can do by recording a macros)
