Conditionally Lock Cells

Hi all,

I am trying to prevent a user from changing the data that I pasted in his/her log. The data is pasted in columns A to M, P and X. This data also has specific codes in column H -- AST, EMP, HVR, NDU and TEM. The user can enter other data in any other column and can also add new rows of data (which will have different codes in column H).

I have the following code, but it is not locking the cells. Could you review and help me fix it, please.

"And" is a logical operator. You cannot string multiple statements together with "And". You use it to determine if a condition is true or false.
