(exit for placement issue) Simple sum/ coloring a range until certain value is met.

Hi, thanks for looking

Within the macro I have created, I have an issue -

- I have a 'TOP VALUE', and I have a DYNAMIC RANGE.
- I need it to run through the DYNAMIC RANGE (summing + Coloring cells), until the sum reaches the TOP VALUE,

I have had it previously working but wasn't 100% efficient over different workbooks so I am back to the drawing board,

Here is what I have so far and believe it may be a placement of the the 'exit',

-It is currently Summing & coloring the entire DYNAMIC RANGE
