VBA Macro Button copy certain range cells on a specific value to next sheet

Hello,

I have a little problem with my Worksheet. The macro button that i want needs to do this:

If in the first sheet in column G the word "fixe" applies. It needs to copy the cells A to E from that row.
And then copy only the values to the second sheet by starting in A4.
Every row with the word "fixe" in column G needs to be copied to that sheet.

Can you help me out? i'm new to the forum.
