Add record in same line on basis of condition

Hi
I have already uploaded this query on general tab, though it contains macro I would like to upload again over here....

I have uploaded a file which contains macros... Please don't use Fields sheet
Sheet 1 : Entry Sheet
Sheet 2 : Data

In entry sheet we are entering data on different timing i.e. morning, afternoon & evening
when I use save button for morning entry it creates 1 record & for afternoon & evening session creates multiple records in DATA sheet for same date & branch.

I want that when I click on save at afternoon or evening session it has to track if any entry available for date & branch in morning session & update record in the same line of records else create new-one record.

It is very difficult job to generate multiple records for same date & branch for different timings.... .. I think Excel sheet will not be able to accommodate total data in few days.
So kindly help & do the needful in urgent.
