Cannot make copy & paste by macro

I have 2 excel with macro auto save and export to htm (Excel.zip). The "Airport System.xlsm" without problem with more than 1 row data but the "Systems Services.xlsm" cannot be copy & paste 1 row data (A3) by macro. Can someone help me to fix the problem.
