Need to match, align and space multiple columns

Hello:

I need to match data in 2 specific columns and align/and add a space/row where needed. Is there a formula or a macro that will do this? I want to match Columns A and F (name match) and align B and G, if no match the cells are shifted down until the next match is found and aligned. I hope this makes sense
