Shape as a button to replace a Command Button which operates conditional format.

    Hi,

I would like to use a shape to operate some conditional formatting on a sheet.
I wont to use a shape purely because it matches the appearance of some other shape/buttons I have in place.

I currently have a Command Button VB code which operates conditional format.

Is it possible to replace the command button with a shape/button and code to do the same thing please?

Help as always is much appreciated.
    Many thanks

    Hi A440,

Add the shape (Insert really) onto the worksheet and assign the macro to it that the command button is now triggering. Then Cut the command button off the sheet and that should do what you want.
One test is worth a thousand opinions.

Yes, place the shape you want, where you want on the sheet then right click it and select Assign Macro....Yea, what Marvin the Martian said

    Hi,

Just create the following macro and attach it to the shape button.
