Group Matching Cells Macro

Hello all!

I am working with a sheet that has several names of people in column A and then they each have an email in column G. The issue is that different people have the same email address because they are represent by one person. I want to be able to run a macro that will group all of the names that belong to the same email address in column G so I can send a mail merge to that email address and include all of the names.

Something that would say: "If email in column G is "optout@gmail.com" then copy A1, A4, A7, to Sheet2 A1"

I ask for a macro because we constantly update this list and want to be able to run it right before we send the email. Or maybe It's not a macro maybe it's an advanced vlookup but any advice you can give would be amazing!
