Tool to calculate FTE

Hello, i would like to make a tool which will calculate a FTE of team members in daily projects. I want to count the involvement of team members in each day.fte.xlsx

Usu., youd have a sheet for planned
a sheet for actual. (identical layout from planned)
then create a pivot table on the 2 to do sums, differences.
