I have a pivot table in excel. The data in the table is about production for one product group. In the columns, the years are specified. In the rows, the product form (called variety) are specified. The data is about the number of produced products.

I am looking for a macro that find only the products which are produced in the last 3 years (my current data set runs from 2002 until 2013, so the important years are the years 2010 and on). From each variety which is produced in the last three years I need several statistics. But I do not need the statistics for products that are not sold in the last year. How can I let the pivot table filter the data, so only the products which are produced in the last years are shown?
