VBA emailing using Outlook

I have a spreadsheet and I have been trying to use the rondebruin links for getting an idea. I found one that sort of works however when I try to do
Dim subj as string

and assign sub as an active workbook looking for email addresses in a range it does not send them nor does it work as a subject or body as well

Yeah it then emails everyone with the subject being everything that is in the range, I need it to be one email at a time etc does that make sense

Will this code work with ranges as well? or just grab the email from the column

Just noticed that, if I create a button and put it on the workbook and assign the macro itll work does it have to be activex or can it be any button

Added a form control button and assigned the macro to it and it worked. thank you very much jaslake
