IF Formula Problem

Okay So this one is a bit different for me. I have a tab (tab 1) and I have a item quantity, item type and item information that I need to transfer to multiple other tabs. However, I have 5 different item types and only want each type to go to its relevant tab once that item type is selected on the first tab along with the quantity and item description. I only want the item quantity and item description to transfer to the other tabs.

I added the attachment to here. Please help as I cannot get this to work. I already added in what I think will get me started column C & J (on the 1st tab). Where this needs to transfer is on the bottom of every other tab on the "Device Count Page" of each tab, but only for the systems it is associated with.

EX: Lets say I have (4) motion detectors, 6 (IP Cameras), and (1) Fire Panel....the motions should go to the "Intrusion" tab only, the cameras should only go to the "CCTV" tab, and the Fire Panel only to the "fire" tab.
