VBA needed for inserting rows

Hello -
Will someone help with writing a macro to insert three rows based on the text of a column?

I have 10 columns. Columnn G includes text of "Class", "Elearning" and "Test".
I currently have 300 rows with all text data. I want the VBA to insert three (3) rows BELOW when column G is showing Class. When column G is not Class, do nothing.
Can this be done? Hope someone can help me with the codes. Greatly appreciated.
