Combobox selection auto show result in textbox

Hi, I have two combo box and one textbox. When I select the first combo box, it will link to the second combo box. And based on the selection, I want it able to auto show the result in the textbox. I have tried working on it but it doesn't seems to work. I would like to seek some assistance and I have attached the file for reference.
