Copy/Paste Multiple Selections

Hello!

I have two identically set up sheets. I would like to copy paste multiple sections from one sheet to the other sheet using VBA code (since you can't do it normally, without doing each selection on its own, and I do not want the whole sheet to be copy pasted. For instance, I want sections D17-J22, J33-T36, and J41-T44 all to be copied from Sheet1 and pasted into the same cells on Sheet2. Is there a macro I can create to do this?

VBA not my strength and there may be a more efficient way but this appears to work.
