Paths changed by excel in pivot tables

Hi,

I have done many excel files like the one attached but now this is the first time the paths get changed when saving as another file name or in another folder. How can this be fixed or at least is there a VBA I can used to change all pivot table paths automatically to current workbook rather than an external one?
