Macro to send an email via Lotus Notes to an employee based upon cell values

Greetings,

I need help developing a macro that will automatically send an email to a fellow employee based upon the values in columns "L" and "M" within the attached file. The file is used to track the status of issues identified during audits. Ideally, the macro will automatically send an email to the employee identified in column "J" when the current calendar date is subsequent to the "Original Deadline" date AND the status in the "Completed?" column is "No".
