If cell equals month copy row to relevant month tab / sheet

Hi again,

I have worksheet that records non-conformances, this will be populated using a userform eventually. What I need is a code that looks up the month that the non-conformance was entered (Sheet "NatLog" Column "P") & copies that row to its relevant month tab/sheet. This ideally needs to renew every time a new non-conformance is added & It needs to copy the text only & not any code or formula as I use a few codes to generate a unique non-conformance number - Please see attached, hopefully this will shed more light on what i need to achieve.
