How tu run a Access macro from Excel (without opening Access in the foregroun if possible)

Before importing data from Access to Excel, I'd like to update a table in Access with a macro already existing in my database.

Is it possible to run it from my Excel file? Something like:

Try replacing the values for

MacroNameString = "MyMac"
strDatabasePath = "H:\Database1.accdb"
