Shift cells up in columns C and E

I need to shift cells one row up in columns C and E. I know this could be done with ctrl+x, but I am rather looking for a macro to do that for me.

Thank you for your help. In this case i would not like to have the row deleted, but just the data that a cell contains moved up. As for example B2 -> B1, but I would like to run this function on the entire column.

Solved the problem with this kind of a function that selected every cell in the range of B2 to I and shifted them up one row ;
