Advanced Custom Macro for Template Request

Can anyone help me out? I am ok with excel but macro is a different language to me. Basically I get a list from my distributor as you can see on the attachment on sheet "Dist List" I am going to sell on eBay and I am trying to use there list. But they way I have to import the file to eBay is a little more technical than planned. My issue is in Dist List->Applications column I need to take parts of this and apply it in a specific format and have it create its own rows as you can see on the Sheet1, relationship column and RelationshipDetails. Is there a custom macro that can be made to format this correct? I can do everything else manually. But this would take forever with all the different compatibilities available with thousands of parts. Thanks in advanced!
