Expand / Collapse number from equation in a cell?

Is there a way to collapse / expand an equation in a cell?

For instance, I have the following formula (in a cell):

    =140239+89239+89302+200349+503-9393828+998282-383844

And want to split it respectively by each equation (+ - ) by displaying it in each cell:

    =140239
    +89239
    +89302
    +200349
    +503
    -9393828
    +998282
    -383844

Usually, I will open a notepad and will do an "enter" to separate them individually, then copy and paste into excel...

There must be a better way.
