macro not workng in 2010 upgrade

I have a program that I am using, I did not write it, my ability is very limited. However, when upgraded from 2007 to 2010, the program gives error message:
Run-time error '438': Object doesn't support this propert or method.

When I click debug, it takes me to an area that reads:
ImHand.Visible = False

this is highlighted in yellow and the imhand is repeated 5 more times each numbered 2-6.
Is there any easy fix to this?
I need to use this program to do my job and they just let the person who was our programmer go with no replacement.
