Help to improve code efficiency

I wrote a code to compile 2 set of data together. The data is about 15,000 lines and so my code run very slowly. Hope you guys can help to improve the efficiency. Many Thanks in advance

Thanks. It is very slow.
and it get stuck at this particular code.

".Range("Y2:Y" & PO_lastrow).Formula = "=VLOOKUP($B2,SOA!$P:$Q,2,FALSE)"

anyone have any idea how i can solve?
