VBA Conditional Formatting based on cell value and Text

Hi All,

I want a VBA code which will help me to fill color index 40 in range A1:A1048576.

This code will based on conditional formatting which is mentioned below.

If the cell value of B2:B1048576 is equal to 2 then A2:A1048576 will be fill by color index 40 and if C2:C1048576 has text as Private equity then the range A2:A1048576 will be remain same or no color, but if the C2:C1048576 has other text then it will help to execute the first condition or it will act like a first condition only.
