Car / Fleet Plotter -

Dear Excel Gurus,

I am at a total loss on how to handle this...This is the situation:

I have a list of cars, with the date that they have left the office and when they have returned; and i want to plot it on a table/graph format for the month/year.
I am attaching a sample data and a sample report.

Any ideas how this can be done?

Additional to the report: I also have the time the car went out and came in; though this is something extra; if possible at all to plot.

Take a look at the attached file. It has an example of a Gantt type chart based on cell formatting. It has a scroll to move through the dates. Perhaps something like this might be useful.

Glad to have helped. Times are more tricky as there are so many in a year. But you could apply a similar method choosing a particular date to chart.

Sorry took me a while to get back. Things to do! Take a look at the attached file. It uses the same formula as in the previous file only here its in each cell rather than a CF formula.

Hope this is what you're looking to do.
