I have been currently dealing with goal programming using solver tool in excel. I would really appreciate if you could help in figuring out my problem that I am facing.

The problem description: I am dealing with 3 objectives (minimizing cost, maximizing reliability, maximizing availability). Untitled.jpg

I have attached the file with "Untitled" name.

My question is: How to use Solver Tool in order to solve these functions using given constraints?
What are the ways to approach (goal programming) or solve this problem?
