Finding & Retrieving words from columns

Hi all,

I have the following spreadsheet (first two lines below)

The Philipines - Business - BMM	www.greatbusiness.gov.uk/ukti/category/angola-exporter
Afghanistan - Sell - BMM	www.greatbusiness.gov.uk/ukti/category/doing-business-in-the-philipines

...ETC


I want to create some code that will loop through each cell in column A and pull out the country name, the next word, but not 'BMM'.
It should then look through column C until it finds a cell that contains both words pulled out from column A. Once the url is found it should copy and paste it into the cell in column B, next to column A cell.

So for the first cell (A1) it will pull out 'The Philipines' & 'Business'

it will then look through column C and upon finding the appropriate URL in cell C2, it will then copy and paste this url into B1.

It will then do the same with A2, and so forth...
