consolidate list data

Good Afternoon,

Is there a way to consolidate this list into a simple table/chart. I tried a pivot table but the period is listing multiple times. I would like for it to look something like this

Milestone Period Hours
PM Jan 2015 14.00
PM Feb 2015 42.00
Tech Tran Jan 2015 128.50
Tech Tran Feb 2015 475.00

Maybe use formula to convert your period so they are all consistent.
