Remove duplicates based on multiple criteria

I am stumped on how to do this and am hoping that someone can help.

I have a complex line number in Column C and the length of the line in Column S.

If the line number is a duplicate I need to only keep the line with the longest length.

It can eaisly be done by Pivot Table, but I have also included a code if you wish to use it.

On the code, is there a way to delete the rows that do not contain the max length instead of copying the data to new rows?

The reason that I am asking this is because columns A Through S are filled with various data that I need to retain.

All rows contain max value, but if you want to clear the original data and re-populate with new data.
