Control boxes dependent on selection in drop down box

Hello everyone,

I need help with dropdown and check boxes as I want to execute the following:
I have a list of meals the user can select by means of a dropdown box - so far so good.
Based on the product selected, add on options related to the meal shall appear in control boxes, so that the user can add ingredients to the base meal.
To give an example, if I select the meal "fitness breakfast", the options "raisins", "cranberries", "nuts" appear in control boxes that can be selected as add on to the base product.
Is that possible?
I attached a sheet where I prepared what I want to implement.
