I feel there may be some misunderstanding.
Please have a look below code:

To try out my code i have used below Range("L121:L2500").Cells
'What i need to do is change below code so that it will take ICol instead of "L"
'So basically for next loop the code will use range ("O121:O2500").Cells
' I hope this is clear
