I am creating a userform. I have multiple frames on the userform. I had stacked the frames on top of each other as I am trying to conserve space for my project. 2 of 3 frames are hidden and I am not able to find them on the form. Is there something in the menu where I can bring them back?

No, there isn't. You will need to write a macro to unhide each frame then you will be able to see them on the UserForm.
