Find the last used cell in a row and move to a column in the same row - Move to next row

Good evening,

I have been trying to write a code to scan a file with over 4,000 rows. The data in the columns are inconsistent, however the last used column in each row....that data is important (highlighted YELLOW"). Attached you will find a demo copy of what the data looks like. What I need to do is copy that data to a column in the same row with atleast 2 column spacing from the right-most column used in the dataset (highlighted "GREEN"). Additionally, I need to format columns B:C and E:F as numbers with 6 digits after the decimal.

Is there someone who can assist?
