Are the cells formatted red "randomly/manually" by you or a a result of a conditional formatting formula, or what????

    Hi Glen,

This is what we get from our vendor and they do this manually not by any formula or code.

    Thanks

You can do it manually, column, by column, using DATA/FILTER/SORT BY COLOUR

but (so far as I am aware) there is no automated way of doing this...

How about this? Just remember to add a sheet named "New sheet" (you can change the name in the code if you want):

VBA is a dark art. I really will have to try to understand it someday!

Can you attach a file depicting what you show above? To attach a file, Click Go Advanced, scroll down to the Manage Attachments button, browse to the required file, and then push the Upload button.

The macro should go in a Standard Module. You can find it on the Insert Menu from the VBE. Copy and paste the code there. Then you can run it. Let me know if you need further help.
