Hi Farid,
You're example has several missing PF numbers. What is the criterion for Previous/Next categorization?

Hi Xladept,
Attached my updated workbook. Sorry for overlooked on that part.
The criteria previous/next is same as normal database system.
i.e. if you are in the 2nd row of data. previous will be on the 1st row and next will on the 3rd row.
PF numbers will be start on "triple Zero" (000) on the first 3 characters. I have to use apostrophe ( ' ) or set format as text. Does it will impact searching method?

Hi Farid,
I added a button and a textbox along with an edit option in your add record button. I figure that for next and previous the user could just change the row number

Hi xladept.
Thanks a lot especially by introducing row number to replace find next/previous. It Working Fine.
But Edit button does not reflect to Sheets("Data") for both column "A & B". Data for both column may NOT be same.
I thought maybe on this part. the rest in sheets("ORIGINATOR") is reflected.
